We set out to revolutionize the food and beverage experience due to the frustration and inconsistency of service that we experienced during our everyday travels.
We started with the original “Kallpod” - our legacy hardware product. It was a dynamic approach to improving customer experience, all at the push of button. But we realized we could add more value to our customers.
We took the best aspects of Kallpod and developed Listo, doubling down on our promise of improving customer satisfaction, empowering staff, and providing transparent data-driven results through simple to use dashboards and advanced analytics.
