• Honored with Sports Business Journal's Facility of the Year awards in 2012 and 2020.
• Established comprehensive Service Frameworks and Programs for Amway Center and Chase Center.
• Directed high-profile events, including 6 NBA Finals, 2 NBA All-Star Games, 2 International NBA Games (Mexico City & London), and the League of Legends World Championship Finals.
• Contributed to 3 NBA Championships, earning recognition for excellence in venue operation.
• Fueled by his commitment to building an inclusive environment, Phillip helped construct two sensory/wellness rooms at Chase Center and also partnered with organizations like Angels for Higher to add to our team and work alongside individuals with Down Syndrome.
